exercise! If the gym doesn't interest you, find something that does. This could be riding your bike, gardening, playing basketball, taking your dog for a walk, painting, dancing. We're not saying that these things alone will provide enough intensity for you to achieve your fitness goals, but it is good to remind yourself that you are exercising and by doing these activities day to day you are supporting your body and health. Just keep moving!
