The Ice Pack that we are going to show you how to make, step by step, can be applied directly in the snap lock bag on the skin, HOWEVER – depending on how many ice blocks you have placed in the snap lock bag it can be quite cold. To avoid a cold burn, you can use a paper towel or hand towel to wrap the ice pack in before applying it to the skin.
Items that you need
Break your ice blocks into a container
Empty ice blocks into a snap lock bag and seal
You have made an Ice Pack!
REMEMBER – To avoid cold burn, place damp paper towel or hand towel around the Ice Pack and then apply to your skin.
Reusable! Don’t forget to put it back in the freezer
